What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements into structured user stories for data teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to refine data product requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams, balancing priorities across time, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and reporting teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support agile delivery through participation in stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Analyze data, scripts, and datasets to identify gaps and define technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a data or technology environment.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outputs.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Cardiff, UK
