What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements and IT improvements.
• Oversee the delivery of continuous improvements, new products, and functionality to meet growth and cost targets.
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice and mentor other analysts within the organization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and produce organizational-level and detailed business models.
• Manage day-to-day team tasks, remove delivery blockers, and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience with a focus on fostering inclusivity and building high-performing teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in requirements definition and management.
• Strong background in business modelling, enterprise architecture, and systems analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with board-level executives.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK for regular office attendance.
