What you will do

• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete, scoped technical plans.
• Build production-grade functionality and custom extensions that solve complex enterprise observability challenges.
• Develop autonomous, multi-step agentic AI workflows as core ingredients of customer solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure field-proven solutions are hardened and absorbed into the platform.
• Manage 2-3 strategic accounts, engaging with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Drive adoption, retention, and time-to-value through hands-on engineering and strategic consulting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience writing production-grade code.
• Must be based in-region with ability to travel for significant on-site customer time.
• Product-minded approach with experience building software end-to-end.
• Proven experience engaging with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level.
• Ability to ramp quickly into unfamiliar domains and operate with founder-level ownership.
• Strong blend of engineering depth and strategic-consulting instinct.

Nice to have

• Detection engineering or security-operations background.
• Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems in production (including MCP).
• Experience building developer platforms or SDKs.
• Prior experience as a resident or forward-deployed engineer at a data-infrastructure or security vendor.
