What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding for a portfolio of merchants.
- Configure merchant accounts, execute tests, and confirm go-live readiness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Synthesize merchant feedback to inform product enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop playbooks, onboarding guides, and best-practice templates for new features.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority merchant issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer/Partner Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally within Fintech or SaaS.
- Technical aptitude with hands-on experience using APIs and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Professional fluency in written and verbal Danish.
- Excellent command of English for clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under tight deadlines.
