What you will do
- Support Swedish and international customers via email and phone with technical troubleshooting.
- Educate customers to maximize their use of the platform.
- Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Swedish.
- Support pre-sales activities as a technical expert.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience department and internal teams.
Requirements
- Native level Swedish and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must have at least 1 year left before graduating from master’s studies in business, IT, communication, or a relevant field.
- Must have a valid EU work permit to be considered.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
