What you will do

• Support completion of EDD reviews and risk assessments for high-risk customers.
• Assess transaction activity to ensure it is commensurate with the nature of the business.
• Lead projects related to EDD enhancements and provide AML/CFT subject matter expertise.
• Manage high-risk customer escalations from the first line of defense and other business units.
• Draft policies, programs, procedures, guidance documents, and training materials.
• Stay current on global EDD standards (FATF) and local requirements in operational regions.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with global CDD/EDD requirements.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
• Experience handling complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Knowledge of global licensing requirements for financial services and crypto-related activities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Based in Spain.
