Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for intricate, high-value cloud infrastructure agreements.
• Manage relationships with critical suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms and credits.
• Act as the primary bridge to the Legal team, reviewing contract clauses and translating commercial requirements into legal frameworks.
• Analyze procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance leadership to align procurement with growth goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-lifecycle procurement and negotiating enterprise-level contracts.
• Deep commercial acumen regarding financial structuring, payment terms, and cash flow optimization.
• Strong ability to navigate complex legal jargon and a working knowledge of contract law.
• Direct experience procuring hardware, software, or services within datacenter, cloud computing, or AI tech spaces.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Law (e.g., CPSM, JD).
