Program Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute startup accelerator programs, industry programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with corporate partners.
• Plan program content (mentorship sessions, selective networking events, specialized meetups) to maximize value for participants and partners.
• Support participating startups by addressing needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with mentors and industry experts.
• Run signature events (Expo Event, pitch days, networking sessions), including registrations and venue setup (physical or virtual).
• Build and engage the startup community, gather feedback, and support social media strategy and posts for visibility in the relevant technology ecosystem.
• Maintain program databases, prepare reports, and manage program documentation and cohort/KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, program management, marketing, or startups.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Finnish language skills are required.
• Advanced English is required.
• Strong interest in the startup ecosystem and understanding of emerging technology trends.
