What you will do

• Identify and eliminate organizational friction by challenging workflows and systems globally to increase leverage.
• Develop and ship a shared operational layer and "Company Brain" to encode expertise and knowledge.
• Build and lead a dedicated squad of engineers and automation specialists.
• Implement a pragmatic "build vs. buy" strategy using tools like Make.com, Retool, n8n, and Zapier.
• Ensure every automated workflow deposits knowledge back into the organization.
• Drive internal adoption of new systems, treating company employees as the primary customers.

Requirements

• Strong background as a builder and first-principles operator.
• Technical credibility in APIs, data models, integrations, and the practical application of LLMs.
• Commercial literacy with the ability to defend ROI and manage a P&L.
• Product-minded approach focused on opportunity cost and value creation.
• AI-pragmatic mindset, prioritizing tangible operational outcomes over AI theatre.
• Experience in change leadership and managing behavioral adoption of new tools.
