What you will do

• Perform hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and performing urine testing.
• Assist with anemia and iron management and support patient education.
• Coordinate clinical procedures, specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicate updates to providers.
• Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination.
• Support clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• 1–2 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.
