What you will do

• Design and implement API-based integrations between the platform and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to define system capabilities and requirements.
• Work with client technical teams to translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in API integrations, backend development, or system integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data exchange formats.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and token-based authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as CRM, contact center, or ITSM tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or automation tools.
• Exposure to cloud environments and microservices architectures.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments.
