What you will do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the enterprise sales process.
• Architect bespoke technical solutions and provide direct support to technical contacts at customer companies.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower independent customer implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams for implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located within Belgium and able to work from the office multiple days per week.
• Proficiency in Python, including a deep understanding of software development and software architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers to solve technical problems (including side projects or student clubs).
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
