What you will do

• Perform quality control of daily deliverables regarding investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations in alignment with fund documentation.
• Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models while maintaining compliance with fund terms.
• Collaborate with the team through regular check-ins and knowledge sharing.
• Support departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• Familiarity with investor services processes.
