What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews for daily deliverables regarding investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Act as the primary contact for daily client inquiries to ensure deliverables meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare ad hoc reports and deliverables as required by client agreements.
• Resolve complex queries from clients, investors, and fund managers while guiding team members.
• Collaborate in team meetings to share ideas and promote a positive culture.
• Support management with department initiatives, risk mitigation, and project implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Halifax, NS, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and functionalities.
• Professional designations such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
