• Shape the design direction across squads, from early problem framing to shipped product.
• Lead the solving of complex design problems and reframe briefs to align with user cases.
• Prototype and explore interaction spaces using AI tools and modern workflows.
• Partner with leadership, product, and engineering to connect design decisions to company goals.
• Raise the quality of design thinking across the team through collaboration and high standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including 0-to-1 products and scaling.
• Broad expertise in visual design, interaction, UX, strategy, and research.
• Fluency in iOS and Android mobile conventions and best practices.
• Active use of AI tools for designing, prototyping, and exploration.
• Strategic ability to represent design credibly in high-stakes discussions with leadership.
