What you will do

• Architect seamless end-to-end user journeys across multiple touchpoints with a focus on accessibility.
• Implement scalable design frameworks and AI automation tools to increase team velocity.
• Advocate for user evidence in high-level priority syncs and influence leadership decisions.
• Mentor mid-level designers to uplift the overall craft and design-led mindset within the organization.
