What you will do

• Define and govern the evidence-based experience strategy across multiple product areas.

• Architect end-to-end user journeys, ensuring accessibility and consistent tone of voice.
• Standardize AI-first workflows and machine-ready component libraries to maximize deployment velocity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure user evidence dictates technical and product priorities.
• Evangelize a design-led mindset and breakthrough innovation through repeatable prototyping rhythms.

Requirements

• Proven history of setting experience mandates for major product pillars.
• Expertise in overseeing experimentation methodologies and validating initiatives through prototypes.
• Ability to architect complex, cohesive end-to-end service journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Experience leading transitions to AI-first production environments and standardizing asset deployment.
• Strong negotiation skills to align product and engineering leads on resource allocation based on user evidence.
• Track record of driving innovation by making radical prototyping a core part of the product lifecycle.
