What you will do
- Lead early-stage strategic alignment, discovery, research, and principle definition.
- Define brand hierarchy and interaction models across partner and subsidiary brands.
- Develop strategic principles for brand visibility, endorsement, and multi-brand coexistence.
- Create scalable frameworks and decision models for brand application (Standard / Bespoke / Avoid).
- Facilitate alignment across Brand, Product, Design, and external partner stakeholders.
- Produce strategic design documentation and guidelines for downstream UX/UI implementation.
Requirements
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable brand and design principles.
- Deep expertise in brand architecture, ingredient branding, and experience ecosystems.
- Experience working within complex, partner-driven, multi-brand environments.
- Strong systems thinking and conceptual design capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas visually through conceptual mockups and illustrative frameworks.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of experience in brand design, service design, or design strategy.
- Experience within B2B, industrial, automotive, marine, or other technically complex industries.
- Familiarity with digital interfaces, HMI systems, connected products, or platform ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic design or brand frameworks at an organizational level.
