What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from problem framing to final delivery for high-impact features.
• Lead collaborative workshops with cross-functional squads and leadership to define product strategy.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to iterate rapidly and share work early.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate prototyping and exploration.
• Maintain high design standards and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a proven portfolio of shipped work.
• Deep expertise in visual/interaction design or UX/product thinking with solid competence in the other.
• Mobile-first fluency and strong understanding of platform-specific conventions.
• Ability to communicate complex design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and executing in a fast-paced environment.
