Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga). For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.

Salary: €4,500–€5,500 Gross/month

What you will do

• Build and manage the roadmap for new product categories, identifying opportunities with strong commercial potential.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor niches.
• Build business cases for new products, evaluating demand, sourcing feasibility, margins, and scalability.
• Source and negotiate with worldwide suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best commercial terms.
• Define product concepts and launch strategies, including positioning, pricing, and marketing angles.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, supply chain, customer support, and legal teams.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product/category management, sourcing, or business development within e-commerce, D2C, or retail.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market research and data into business decisions.
• Experience evaluating new product categories and assessing commercial viability.
• Confidence in communicating and negotiating with external partners and manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive projects independently from idea to execution.
