Product Manager (Logistics): Building and optimizing a unified shipping platform that connects 70+ carriers across global markets with an accent on carrier integrations, shipping orchestration, and fraud prevention. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas (Hybrid)

Salary: €4,467 – €6,042 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the hirify.global Go Network domain.
• Lead product discovery, development, and launch cycles for shipping technology.
• Collaborate with engineering, decision scientists, and commercial partners to solve shipping pain points.
• Define success metrics and improve product performance based on data and member insights.
• Work with other PMs to reduce shipping-related product and policy frictions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in product or project management.
• Ability to drive clarity and alignment in ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
• Proficiency in combining qualitative insights and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to track multiple deliverables across internal and external teams.
