What you will do

• Originate and structure tailored funding solutions for SME and Mid-Market clients.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution for acquisitions, MBOs, and growth capital transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the corporate finance and debt advisory ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Product teams to develop high-quality, bespoke lending structures.
• Contribute to the development of the broader market proposition for the Growth & Structured Finance team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance with a background in cashflow lending and debt origination.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities, specifically with complex or leveraged transactions.
• 5+ years of experience working with SME and Mid-Market client segments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Established professional network within the corporate finance and debt advisory communities.
