What you will do

• Design and develop expansive worlds, maps, and large-scale environments.
• Plan level content, estimate timelines, and prototype features in collaboration with designers.
• Solve complex technical and artistic challenges while maintaining production schedules.
• Ensure environments meet high quality and technical performance standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams including lighters and technical artists.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the games industry.
• Exceptional artistic skills in creating realistic environments, including terrain, materials, and composition.
• Proficiency with leading real-time game engines such as Frostbite or Unreal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic production environment.
• Ability to interpret reference and concept art into high-quality 3D assets.
• Experience in fostering efficient teamwork and transparent communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Battlefield world and visual identity.
• Experience using procedural tools and Photogrammetry for natural landscapes.
