What you will do

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, from gathering business needs to data preparation and monitoring.
• Design scalable machine learning pipelines and MLOps frameworks leveraging AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI models and data pipelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud architectures and emerging AI trends.
• Mentor team members and create reusable technical artifacts to share knowledge within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning and generative AI models for business applications.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with executives and technologists to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and GenAI application development.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications and knowledge of Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, and OpenSearch.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Domain expertise in healthcare and life sciences.
