Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York offices.
• 4+ years of experience in people management and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI technology, including LLMs, transformer models, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with classical ML systems and experimental design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record as a talent magnet for attracting and retaining exceptional engineers.
