Salary: Base salary from 2200 € brutto

What you will do

• Support the design and continuous improvement of global employee survey and pulse programs.
• Translate quantitative analytics into compelling narratives and visual reports for executive audiences.
• Act as the bridge between People Analytics and HR leadership to shape analytical priorities.
• Drive the evolution of engagement initiatives by translating insights into concrete company-wide actions.
• Contribute to the design of the global employee listening framework and questionnaire methodologies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Communications to embed survey insights into the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or Communications.
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR insights, or people strategy roles.
• High data literacy and a proven track record of turning analytics into strategic narratives.
• Experience developing or managing enterprise-wide engagement or employee listening programs.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
