Salary: From €2,200 gross per month (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end value propositions for financial services product lines in collaboration with central product and commercial teams.
• Create business cases and models for new and existing business areas while assessing portfolio impact.
• Conduct market and customer research to evaluate potential, trends, and profitability.
• Identify portfolio gaps and implementation measures, performing risk and feasibility analyses.
• Advise management on strategic product portfolio issues and lead strategically oriented projects.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Extensive work experience in business development.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.
• Outstanding experience in classic and agile project/program management.
• Excellent experience in an international and intercultural environment.
• Expert knowledge in market research, trend scouting, and digital business models.
