Salary: Base salary from 2,200 € brutto

What you will do

• Build and develop scalable dashboards using Power BI or AI-based tools with a focus on high-quality UX.
• Translate complex employee data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Ensure data quality through the implementation of validation frameworks and consistent governance.
• Optimize HR processes for scalability using SAP SuccessFactors and organizational management tools.
• Lead and steer complex, multi-stakeholder projects, managing timelines, ownership, and risks.
• Drive innovation by integrating modern analytics approaches, including automation and AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building scalable dashboards and strong data storytelling skills.
• Expertise in data quality management and validation frameworks.
• Familiarity with HR data systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in high-visibility environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language is a benefit.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.

• Solid understanding of data modeling and complex organizational hierarchies.
• Ability to design and automate data pipelines to reduce manual effort.
• Experience with version control (Git) and reproducible workflows.
