What you will do

• Define regional priorities for the expansion of hirify.global Country-Specific Functionality (CSF).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to document and define localization requirements.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the CSF approach in the market.
• Drive sales enablement by communicating value propositions and creating supporting materials for the sales team.
• Monitor evolving commercial, fiscal, and country-specific requirements across the region.
• Evaluate potential partner relationships to strengthen the local and regional value proposition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of business, fiscal, and legal requirements across Europe and UKI.
• Solid understanding of financial or accounting practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
