TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (remote work only available within the country).
Salary: from €1,820 monthly (brutto)

What you will do
- Create structured learning paths for customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Produce tutorials, guides, videos, and labs for T-Cloud Public services.
- Design and describe ServiceNow CSM onboarding steps, forms, and service flows.
- Collaborate with product teams and offshore developers to translate technical features into learning assets.
- Maintain and update learning modules to align with product changes and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical enablement for technical products.
- Ability to simplify complex cloud concepts into clear and structured documentation.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow CSM flows, forms, and service requests.
- English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
- German: C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency) required.
- Master's degree in Information Technologies.
