Product Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Engage with customers through reviews, Gemba walks, and market research to identify needs and value.
• Maintain the high-level product vision and manage the program backlog in collaboration with developers.
• Drive short-term roadmapping of product development aligned with market needs.
• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning and define the overall delivery strategy.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivery-related escalations.
• Manage team growth through mentoring and coaching, and oversee financial planning and budget execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Fluent German (B2) and English (B2) are mandatory.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Intermediate understanding of SAFe methodology and deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Proven leadership experience and strong financial acumen.
