What you will do
- Manage a personal sales pipeline and hit individual targets across the North American portfolio.
- Deliver campaign strategy outcomes set by the Head of TGE, including exhibitor numbers, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield, and sponsorship revenues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business.
- Arrange meetings, respond to enquiries, and create detailed written proposals.
- Attend competitor and industry events to build market knowledge and identify new prospects.
- Support event operations on the ground when required.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience.
- Confidence managing a pipeline and working with CRM systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Commercial awareness to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Solid presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Based in Guildford; core hours 9:00am–5:30pm with occasional discretionary US hours due to North American focus.
