What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end projects for listing activities, focusing on Equity markets, from initiation to operational go-live.
• Act as a central coordinator for project management in the Admissions department, managing planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Drive business workstreams by defining deliverables, deadlines, and quality criteria, while establishing project governance for transversal initiatives.
• Support business development initiatives with operational implications for Cash Equity instruments (listing, trading, and post-trade).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (intermediaries, custodians) to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a Product Owner when necessary to ensure initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver practical outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of operational experience in financial markets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience involved in managing complex end-to-end projects.
• Strong understanding of equity market structure and secondary market operations.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions and geographies in an international environment.

• Knowledge of internal IT systems such as Myhirify.global, Plug/Matrix, Optiq, or IDS.
