What you will do

• Manage multiple complex projects, serving as the primary bridge between internal hirify.global teams and external clients.
• Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders at various levels.
• Manage client expectations and validate operational delivery of the hirify.global solution.
• Advise and support clients in implementing online applications to reach their full potential.
• Travel frequently to client locations to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and at least 7 years of total professional work experience.
• 4+ years of experience within the Banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of integrating at least 3 end-to-end web-based projects.
• Expertise in Agile project management, including 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• English: Proficiency is an absolute must for dealing with global clients.
