What you will do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end cloud-native applications using responsive frontends (React, Next.js, Vue) and scalable backends (Python, TypeScript, Java).
• Implement AI agent architectures and multi-agent systems using hirify.global Bedrock and emerging protocols such as MCP and A2A.
• Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows to solve real-world customer business problems.
• Champion agentic software development methodologies, leveraging AI to accelerate coding, testing, code review, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to customer and partner teams on software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Ensure all delivered solutions meet the highest standards of security, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and building full-stack applications across frontend and backend layers.
• 5+ years of professional development with modern languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience on AWS or comparable platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into the software development workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience building applications integrating Generative AI or LLM capabilities, including RAG and chat interfaces.
• Knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and identity protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, hirify.global ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and observability tools (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog).
