What you will do

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud (AWS) and on-premises infrastructure services and enterprise platforms.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations via ticketing platforms like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot networking components including VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Monitor infrastructure health and conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives using Bash or Python.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support and Engineering roles handling critical systems.
• Ability to collaborate across the Americas (GMT-3 to GMT-6) or Asia-Pacific (GMT+7 to GMT+9) time zones.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
• Scripting experience using Bash or Python.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification or practical knowledge.
• Experience with workflow automation using REST APIs and platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience administering Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst / Meraki wireless environments.
