Middle/Senior Business Analyst (AdTech)

Focus on transitioning from monolithic implementations to a scalable microservices ecosystem and automating direct transactions between advertisers and publishers.

Location: Remote (Europe: Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine)

What you will do

• Map and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding, billing, campaign approval) using BPMN.
• Define and manage business rules for core platform capabilities and design "Golden Path" standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Audit live automated processes to verify efficiency and ROI using metrics like cycle time and auto-approval rates.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for engineering.
• Support the testing and validation of new features against established business rules.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of AdTech or white-label SaaS operational workflows.
• Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and Swimlane diagramming.
• Experience managing API contracts and data models (REST/GraphQL, JSON).
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe (Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling.
• Background in process governance, release management, and RACI matrices.
