• Deliver pre and post contract quantity surveying specifically within the utilities sector.
• Lead strategic cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure delivery on budget.
• Improve systems and processes to promote commercial best practice across projects.
• Contribute to the business's financial performance, focusing on revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Chartered/Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a consultancy or client-side.
• Essential experience with utilities packages.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
