What you will do

• Architect and ship production-ready features across the entire stack using React/Next.js and Python/TypeScript.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, text chunking strategies, and dynamic context windows for AI platforms.
• Own the data layer, modeling relational data in PostgreSQL and optimizing vector searches with Qdrant or pgVector.
• Design and implement robust REST/GraphQL APIs using FastAPI and NestJS/Fastify.
• Manage containerization with Docker and CI/CD deployments independently.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend-heavy or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep, production-level expertise in both Python and TypeScript backend ecosystems.
• Practical capability in React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, building RAG architectures, and operating vector databases.
• Strong SQL fundamentals, API security (OAuth/JWT), and pragmatic CI/CD/Docker experience.
• Proven track record of thriving in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.

Nice to have

• Experience orchestrating multi-agent LLM systems (LangChain / Microsoft Agent Framework).
• Experience delivering highly compliant enterprise or public sector software.
