Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + TypeScript)

Location: Worldwide, remote. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model are also available through multiple offices.

What you will do

• Architect and deliver production-ready features across React/Next.js frontends and Python/TypeScript backends.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, text-chunking strategies, and dynamic context windows.
• Model relational data in PostgreSQL and optimize vector search with Qdrant or pgVector.
• Design REST and GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Pydantic, Node.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage CI/CD deployments using tools such as Azure Pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend-heavy or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Production-level expertise in both Python and TypeScript backend ecosystems.
• Practical experience with React and Next.js, including state management and UI development.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, building RAG architectures, and operating Qdrant or pgVector.
• Strong SQL fundamentals, API security with OAuth/JWT, Docker, and CI/CD experience.
• High autonomy and the ability to learn new tools and AI concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience orchestrating multi-agent LLM systems with LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering highly compliant enterprise or public-sector software.
