Location: On-site at Joint Pathology Center, Silver Spring, MD. Must be a U.S. Citizen and Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Salary: $57.90 - $63.41 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as a senior advisor for the development and execution of JPC research programs.
• Formulate long-range research strategies and approved protocols.
• Interpret and implement DoD and federal research policies and regulations.
• Advise on the modernization and strategic direction of the JPC Tissue Repository.
• Prepare briefings for DoD and external stakeholders on repository activities.
• Support education programs with accreditation, readiness, and compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of research experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, biomedical informatics, engineering, health sciences, or related field.
• Experience interpreting DoD and federal research policies and regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and research information to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Relias workforce management platform.
• Knowledge of education program accreditation, readiness, and compliance.
