What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project operations as principal investigator, project director, or task lead.
• Lead collaborative teams, developing timelines and coordinating staff to ensure high-standard deliverables.
• Design rigorous research studies, including aligning research questions, methodologies, and analytic plans.
• Lead and contribute to research proposals for federal, state, and foundation clients.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, such as interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Analyze complex data and prepare reports, briefs, and visualizations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related field (3+ years exp) or Master's (7+ years exp).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship available.
• Firm understanding of implementation science and experience in contract research or evaluation organizations.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as STATA, R, Excel, NVivo, and Access.
• Proven experience managing research project teams and building client relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for high-level briefings and presentations.
