Salary: $41.88–$47.11 per hour

What you will do

• Edit scientific and medical content for clarity, grammar, syntax, and professional presentation.
• Review technical documents to improve structure, flow, readability, and logical organization.
• Standardize terminology, abbreviations, references, and formatting across all deliverables.
• Assist authors in preparing materials for internal clearance, peer review, and external submission.
• Ensure documents conform to organizational, editorial, and publication requirements.
• Refine communications intended for leadership, clinicians, and researchers.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required
• Minimum 5 years of science and medical editorial experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, communication, health sciences, or business administration
• Experience supporting a federal agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
