What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end product journeys, including discovery, acquisition, gamification, and post-sale experiences.
• Lead continuous product discovery processes, translating user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.
• Manage the full product delivery lifecycle, ensuring predictability, quality, and measurable business impact.
• Coordinate with internal squads and external partners to manage dependencies, timelines, and priorities.
• Define and negotiate product priorities and trade-offs with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics such as funnel conversion, retention, and engagement to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex digital products with high scale.
• Strong background in regulated environments, ideally including financial-like products or capitalisation models.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is required
• Solid expertise in leading structured discovery processes and translating insights into product solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency for both written and verbal communication
