What you will do

• Own the Meta Loop Product Stream, focusing on transforming casual users into committed ones.
• Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for meta-mechanics, including streaks, quests, and progression systems.
• Architect the "whale experience" through tournaments and personalized incentives to retain high-value users.
• Run Live Ops, managing weekly content cycles, seasonal events, and parallel A/B tests.
• Analyze data and qualitative insights to drive metric-based decisions and product iterations.
• Collaborate with Game Balance Designers and Marketing to optimize economy and user growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning and moving retention, engagement, or monetization KPIs.
• 2+ years of experience delivering product updates in a lean/agile fashion with a high shipping velocity.
• Background in iGaming, F2P, or social gaming as a Product Manager or Game Producer.
• Hands-on experience with whale/VIP economy and deposit-funnel optimization.
• Upper-intermediate English and Russian proficiency.
• AI-first approach with proficiency in vibe-coding for prototypes and solutions.
