Salary: DKK 32,000–36,000 per month.

What you will do

• Train customers on the effective use of AI products including chatbots and voicebots.
• Configure and build AI solutions tailored to specific client business needs.
• Plan and execute the launch of new solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Gather and provide feedback to the product team to influence the feature roadmap.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken & written).
• Must have a valid work permit for Denmark.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/communication education.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in technology and AI.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
