What you will do

• Operate, harden, and continuously improve production infrastructure powering the Peakon Agent and AI features.
• Manage the entire deployment lifecycle, monitoring, and on-call workflows for ML workloads.
• Build and maintain tooling to surface evaluation data, support performance testing, and load simulations.
• Act as the operational link between ML engineers, backend engineers, and central platform teams.
• Automate security upgrades for ML dependencies and enforce strict behavioral guardrails.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
• Proven track record as an MLOps or Platform Engineer supporting production-grade LLM and agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of model monitoring, regression tracking, and automated evaluation (e.g., LangSmith).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office for at least 50% of the time per quarter.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of RAG, advanced fine-tuning, alignment techniques, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with threat modeling and security for ML/agent systems.
• Proven experience navigating highly regulated enterprise environments and compliance.
• Proficiency in System Design and Architectural Governance for high-availability ML models.
