What you will do

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice entry, vendor setup, and payment preparation.
• Support accounts receivable activities such as customer invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve vendor and customer discrepancies, including billing issues and payment questions.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accrual support and transaction review.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records in compliance with internal policies.
• Compile AR/AP data and prepare recurring reports for finance leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
