What you will do

  • Lead the creation and management of product content across retailer PDPs, including imagery, video, and rich content.
  • Manage the end-to-end launch of new products (NPI) onto retailer sites and internal business platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings across major UK retailers like Currys, AO, Argos, and John Lewis.
  • Produce regular reporting on NPI progress, review performance, and product visibility to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor online shelf positioning, pricing, and stock levels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and agency partners to ensure high-standard execution.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising.
  • Familiarity with major UK retail platforms such as Argos, JLP, Currys, and AO.
  • Proven ability to manage content production end-to-end.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear stakeholder reporting.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of identifying and acting on opportunities independently.
