What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sustainability projects within procurement, managing plans, risks, and governance.
• Drive the delivery of the procurement sustainability roadmap and operational actions.
• Support the reduction of supply chain emissions and define supplier decarbonisation plans.
• Integrate sustainability and traceability requirements into sourcing processes and templates.
• Create and maintain monthly reporting for sustainability metrics, including emissions, energy, and waste.
• Provide operational guidance and training to buyers, commodity teams, and strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Crewe, Cheshire.
• Strong operational project management experience with a focus on outcome delivery.
• Practical understanding of ISO 14001, supply chain decarbonisation, and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol).
• Experience with PCF and LCA delivery and supplier sustainability measurement tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or Business.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as Prince2.
• Knowledge of supply chain regulations like CSDDD, LkSG, or EUDR.
• Relevant professional certifications in ESG or Procurement.
