What you will do

• Build and ship AI-enabled features from 0 to 1 for the Notebook Agent.
• Design and maintain the architecture and stack for AI-powered capabilities.
• Run experiments, fine-tune models, and deploy robust AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance SQL generation and agentic reasoning.
• Develop experimentation tooling to improve model performance and user experience.
• Work at the cutting edge of production AI applications for data science workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML capabilities into production environments.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and modern software architecture concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and willingness to work with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experimentalist mindset with a focus on rapid iteration and critical thinking.
• Experience maintaining high standards for design, correctness, and testing.
